What makes this address work for back-to-back production days is the ground floor street access with multiple entrances, so a delivery of rails can come through one door while talent and crew move through another, and the connected lounge plus complete kitchen and garment rack turn what is usually a chaotic corridor of stylists into a functioning holding area, with Poissonnière metro one minute on foot for freelance crew arriving separately. The fit is mid-scale contemporary and emerging designer labels, ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty and eyewear at the stage where they need consistent seasonal content and a small press day capability but cannot justify a Right Bank showroom rental, and in our experience it also suits established brands running a second, lower-key production unit for editorial and social rather than the flagship campaign, so aesthetically expect a neutral working studio rather than a heritage Haussmannian salon for a luxury maison presentation, and our concept and direction team can dress it accordingly. Brands activating in this type of Paris studio consistently find the eight to ten days either side of the womenswear March and October shows are gone first and often held on option by agencies from the previous season, so enquire six to eight weeks out, longer if you want the full week, and note that the 10th arrondissement has tight loading windows on Rue de Chabrol so schedule heavy in and out before mid-morning, something worth checking alongside the rest of our spaces in Paris.",
