In our experience this suits emerging and mid-scale independent brands in fine jewellery, small leather goods, ceramics or capsule ready-to-wear with a graphic or streetwear-adjacent identity, and it is honestly the wrong address for a luxury maison seeking a neutral architectural envelope, since the resident artwork will always be part of your set unless you commission a full production and build overlay.
