Within the village, commercial life is concentrated on the Markt and along Schoolstraat and Haverdijk, a compact stretch of independent opticians, butchers, a long-standing shoe retailer in the Mol family business, hair salons and a HEMA, with an Albert Heijn barely a hundred metres from this address. In our experience placing brands in this neighbourhood, the fit is with private showroom formats, catalogue and campaign shoots, invitation-only presentations and small collector-style gallery showings rather than street retail. Teams building a route around Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam often use a villa like this as their quiet production base, and it sits comfortably alongside the residential shoot locations you can browse all spaces for elsewhere on our roster.
