The space features multiple rentable sections, including a 1,400 square foot blackout studio equipped for diverse video and photo shoots. Our in-house capabilities include live audio, video, and lighting solutions tailored for a variety of clients, such as film creators, corporations, musicians, and educational institutions. The studio is designed to meet the needs of creatives and professionals, offering essential amenities such as internet, air conditioning, a security system, parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional features include fitting rooms, garment racks, sound and video equipment, as well as an elevator for easy access. Our team is dedicated to producing high-quality audio and video content, ensuring that your vision is effectively brought to life. Please note that a Certificate of Insurance naming our space as an additional insured will be required.
