what we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across the platform. We are not claiming a formal conformance audit; this is a statement of intent and of what is already built.

what is in place today

• A text-size control in the footer that scales body copy without breaking layout.
• A light mode built for contrast, alongside the default dark theme.
• Keyboard navigation through menus, filters, dropdowns and dialogs, with visible focus.
• A skip-to-content target on every page.
• Labelled form fields with clear inline error messages.
• Alt text on listing and editorial imagery.
• Reduced-motion support: heavy animation, smooth scroll and 3D layers step down when your system asks for it, and on low-power devices.
• Touch targets sized for mobile, with dropdowns falling back to full-width sheets.

known limits

Some immersive features — the city diorama, the 3D venue inspector and the map — are visual by nature. Where that happens, the same information is available as text or in a list view. We are still improving screen-reader labelling on the map and the concierge stream.
