Hello, and welcome to Fashion Week Venues. We connect fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands with spaces for pop-up shops, showrooms and events. Listing your space is free. Our studio checks every listing before it goes live, so brands only see real, ready spaces. You set your own price and you keep all of it: brands pay a ten percent service fee on top. When a brand sends a brief that fits, you can read the full details and reply. Keep your listing complete and your dates up to date, and each month you get a free credit to unlock one brief. Keep your listings complete and your dates up to date and we give you free credits on the 1st of each month. One credit unlocks one brief: the brand name, contact details and pitch angle.
1. a 100% complete listing
Each approved space needs all of these:
- · space name and address
- · size in sqm
- · at least one space type
- · a weekly or daily price
- · available dates
- · four photos or more
- · a description of at least 200 characters
- · amenities ticked
- · nearest transport
- · a viewing contact
2. dates brands can trust
- Connect your calendar (Google, Outlook, Airbnb or your booking tool). It syncs every 3 hours. The link must be working with no sync errors.
- Or confirm or update your dates at least once every 30 days: block dates by hand, upload a calendar screenshot, or tap "still available" in our monthly email.
3. more spaces, more credits

Only approved spaces that meet points 1 and 2 count.

- · Credits are checked on the 1st of each month, Paris time.
- · Every approved listing on your account must qualify, not just one.
- · If something is missing, we email you a short to-do list so you can fix it before the next check.

- · One credit unlocks one live brief in the cities your account covers.
- · Credits do not roll over. Unused credits end with the month.
- · An unlocked brief stays unlocked for good, even after the credit period ends.
- · Pro and Agency plans already include unlimited unlocks in their cities, so they do not use credits.
