Le 1924 is a reception pavilion located within the Autodrome UTAC Linas-Montlhéry, designed for a variety of uses. Its main asset is its versatility, able to accommodate events of different formats and natures, including product presentations, seminars, team building activities, photo shoots, filming, coaching sessions, conferences, and general assemblies. This facility features a large modular central space with a mezzanine, a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the site (430 square meters), an integrated audio and video system, and a spacious outdoor area in front of the building. The interior modular space spans 470 square meters of flat surface, which allows for the display of vehicles or seating for up to 224 attendees. Ideal for exhibitions, conferences, corporate presentations, product launches, filming, and seminars, this pavilion is equipped with essential amenities such as an internet connection, air conditioning, a security system, a stock room, counters, fitting rooms, a garment rack, lighting, furniture, sound and video equipment, electricity, heating, parking, an elevator, a kitchen, WiFi, and CCTV.
