This unique space is ideal for filming music videos, conducting photo shoots, or hosting pop-up shops. We offer competitive rates starting at $85.00 per hour, with options for daily and weekly rentals. Inquiries for special accommodations and pricing are welcome. Our studio is equipped with various amenities including internet, air conditioning, a security system, counters, fitting rooms, garment racks, lighting, and furniture. Additional features include sound and video equipment, electricity, heating, parking, an elevator, and a kitchen. A lounge area and sound system are also available, along with a stage for performances.
