How do shared spaces work?
You rent part of a shop that is already open, such as a window, a rail, a corner or a sampling table, usually by the week. The host keeps running the shop around you.
Who can request one?
Any brand, designer or maker with a product to show or sell. You do not need an account to browse. You sign in to send a request.
What are the fees?
You pay the host's weekly price plus a 10% Fashion Week Venues service fee, shown on each listing. Sending a request is free.
What happens after I send a request?
The host has 48 hours to accept or decline. Once they accept, you get the address and the host's contact to plan setup. If no spot fits yet, send a brief and we will look for one.
Is there a contract?
The host and the brand agree the terms of each booking. Insurance and liability for your own products stay with the brand.
Can I sell, or only display?
Each listing says whether selling and sampling are allowed. Filter for it in the marketplace.
Does the host provide staff?
Some do. Staff support is shown on the listing.
What if the host does not reply?
Requests expire after 48 hours and we email you with other options.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation terms are agreed with the host when the booking is confirmed.
