2800 Sqft High-Ceiling Studio for Photo & Video Production.
tl;dr
- Space
- A 270 sqm (2,906 sq ft) high-ceiling production studio for rent at Eve Suite in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, split into one large and one small shooting unit under a 14 ft ceiling. The basement level content studio is move-in ready with a neutral white-wall shell built for lighting control rather than daylight.
- Best For
- E-commerce lookbook and catalogue photography days, fashion editorial and campaign shoots, television commercial and music video production, casting calls and model fittings, and creative workshops or content days for brand teams. Available to book by the day or by the week for multi-unit shoots running in parallel.
- Standout Features
- 14 ft clear ceiling height across both units allows full boom rigs, backdrop drops and overhead lighting without compromise. Two separate studios each with a private makeup room let a photo shoot and a video shoot run simultaneously, backed by fitting rooms, garment racks, counters, a stock room, in-house lighting and sound and video equipment, a kitchen, and a step-free wheelchair-friendly layout that moves heavy cases and clothing rails door to floor.
- Location
- Direct covered link bridge to Lembah Subang LRT Station, roughly 3 minutes on foot, with free on-site parking for crew vehicles and an elevator to the basement studio level. The Ara Damansara address sits in a working commercial pocket of Petaling Jaya with a 24 hour 7-Eleven 93 m away plus KK Super Mart, 99 Speedmart and around ten local eateries within 300 m, so crew catering and last-minute supplies are quick to source during a rental.
- Availability
- Day rate is RM3,000 (approximately EUR 640) with a one day minimum, so short-term rental for single shoot days is straightforward. Book 3 to 4 weeks ahead for Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya production season, and earlier for the September to November campaign and festive catalogue window when studios at this address typically fill first.
- How to Book
- Enquire with your shoot dates, crew size and rig requirements and we reply within 24h with confirmed availability and a held slot, with no charge until confirmed. Fashion Week Venues handles permit paperwork, on-site staffing and fit-out coordination on your behalf, so request availability now to lock your production dates.
